Dermatopathology Case 184

A 25 year-old male shepherd, with no relevant medical history, presented with a necrotic lesion on the dorsal surface of his right hand. He mentioned that he had noticed similar lesions located at the lips and the breasts of his sheep.

Here, we describe the first occurrence of LCA in theconjunctiva. The lesion recurred following initial excision, and later recurred as a carcinoma in situ following a second excision.
