Dermatopathology Case 188

A  25-year-old female with an asymptomatic skin lesion that had been apparent for nine years and was slowly and progressively increasing in size. Examination of the lesion revealed a small, flesh-colored, centrally depressed,single lesion located on the left cheek.

Here, we describe the first occurrence of LCA in theconjunctiva. The lesion recurred following initial excision, and later recurred as a carcinoma in situ following a second excision.
